Papers
Preparing a paper
- Authors must submit full papers, not draft papers
- Papers must be prepared as a PDF document
Each submission must indicate
- the Category of paper
- General Topic Area, Hot Topic or Technical Session to which it should belong
- in maximum 5 keywords.
If you plan to submit a paper to a Technical Session, you should contact with the Session Chairman.
Each submission must include a cover letter containing all necessary information (see above) in extend to the title of paper, authors with their affiliations and the contacting author's name, full postal address, e-mail address, telephone and Fax numbers.
All papers will be refereed by three, four experts in the topic area. All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of conference by CSREA Press in Hardcopy. After the conference, authors of best papers will be invited to submit an extended version, which has at least 25% of new results for publication in CAPA’09 (Configuring Algorithms, Processes and Architecture) special issue at ACM TECS.
In general, ERSA conference does not require blind review process, but accepts that authors may prefer blind review. In this case, authors should not include any information which could reveal their identity. The title section of manuscript should not contain author names, email addresses, and affiliations. The text of paper should not include direct references to authors' previous work. Certainly, the cover letter MUST contain all authors' details.
